Parents Meeting

Posted on December 19th, 2012 by Site Administrator

1st Ilfracombe (Holy Trinity)Monday 14th January 2013 at 7.30 pm at Cook Island (upstairs)

Come and meet us, we have changed a lot in the last few months and we would love for you to meet the new people who are helping to run an exciting and lively Scouting programme in Ilfracombe.

We’ll show you what we have been up to in our evenings and give you a sneak peek at some of the activities we are planning for the year.

We only need a couple of hours of your time to bring you up to speed with all the developments with the Scout Hall, the new faces in the Group and the exciting new programme we have.

Lord Baden-Powel said – “No plan, no progress!” – We have a plan and would love to show you the progress we are making and to invite your participation in your Scout Group to make it stronger and more exciting for our Young People in Ilfracombe.

All the leaders, the Group Executive and some guests from Scouting in North Devon will be there to let you know what we do and answer any questions you may have about us and the Group.

Some of the information will be exclusive to this meeting, please make the time to come and see us.  If you can’t get a babysitter, we will have a quiet area staffed with willing volunteers to offer squash, a snack and some fun activities for your children.
